Living In Fear

It’s a weird feeling when you’re just fed up with living in fear yet you can’t shake it off.

 You’re always worried about something. You worried that your stroke would reoccur.

You can’t even enjoy the good things that happen in your life.

Obviously, no one wants to live in a constant state of doom and gloom, but for many reasons (e.g., past experiences, news) many of us struggle with feelings of fear every day. 

Acknowledging your fears is the first step to overcoming them. 

Remind yourself that you are stronger than your fears.

You have to consciously choose to live life from a place of love.

Be it practicing gratitude, praying, or spending time in nature, use every opportunity to fill up your reservoir of positive energy that will outweigh your fears.
