I was just 44 years old when I had 2 Trans Ischaemic Attacks (TIAs) and a massive stroke – the cause was unknown. That’s more than 13 years ago now.
I’m dedicated to working with and helping survivors as I know what you are going through.
I worked in the hospitality business most of my life and owned my own Revenue Management business throughout Europe. I was also a Director of Business Development of a major international hotel group, turning over in excess of £50m pa… but then had a stroke – and my life changed completely.
Qualified NHS/E.M.C.C. (European Mentoring & Coaching Council) Health coaching and N.L.P. (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) specializing in Stroke Survivors’ Coaching programs.

While the NHS, Medicare, and other health bodies focus on the physical and emotional toll stroke takes on an individual, survivors also face a long road lacking confidence and direction, among other problems.
