Make Rest a goal

This goal is as important as your other life goals. Rest is necessary.
Resting does not mean sitting there hunched over your computer or phone.
Treating rest like it’s something optional will lead to burnout and long-term negative effects on your well-being.
Embrace the idea of “enough”. Stop putting pressure on yourself to do more. Schedule rest days and figure out what makes you feel fulfilled.
Make time to pursue activities that recharge your battery. Taking a rest or simply doing nothing sometimes is good for you.
Put down your phone so you can simply focus on yourself and clear your mind.
