Post-Traumatic Growth

Experiencing a traumatic event leaves us feeling weak and broken.
But as time passes and you commit to your healing journey, you realize that you’ve become stronger.
Posttraumatic GROWTH refers to positive psychological change resulting from a struggle with traumatic or highly challenging life circumstances. Experiencing a traumatic event can have a transformational role in personality among certain individuals and facilitate growth.
This phenomenon is known as post-traumatic growth. It can bring a renewed sense of understanding toward life.
You start to experience positive changes in your mindset.
You become more empathetic, gain a sense of personal growth, and find a new appreciation of life.
That is what happened to me. I also discovered and went on a course NEURO LINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING COACHING, and it magnified and developed the skills that I had learned during that course.

All of us go through varying degrees of trauma throughout our lives.
